Hey Guys - Just got back from the Nats, what a great race. Congrats to Chris Goetz, Mike Pulfer, and Timmy Heiser for making the mains in Stock Touring, 19T Touring, and Stock 1/12th scale. Awesome job to the rest of the Hurricane Drivers. The EP cells were fantastic this weekend. We did not have a single dead cell at the entire race. Between Team Kwik and Hurricane the batteries performed higher than expected. The more they were run the faster they were getting. I was charging at 10amps all weekend, the batteries were taking 4900+ Mahr and coming back with a least 170 secs. of runtime. Watch the website for pricing and availability for these new cells. So far the cells have equal or better performance than the latest IB's with the durability of the GP3300!

Great job Brian and David. Way to represent Hurricane in the Midwest!

Thanks - Brad

Thumbs up proof positive - ep42's

dear brad,

the ep cells were great all weekend. in stock, my car did wheelies, left black marks down the whole straight, and eventually ended up in a ball of flames at the 5 minute mark.

seriously though, i was impressed with these cells. thanks to hurricane/qwik and their drivers, the question of on track performance has been answered. (if you want to play the gay numbers game, look at how many people ran them, and what percentage of them made the show - you'll be impressed). they don't give up an ounce in rip, and with the possibility of increased durability, i can't imagine why intellect should still be selling many cells in this market without a serious improvement in durability. not to mention the black/red cell wrap looks killer! (next up: black labels )

i think we have a genuine fix here. if the ep42's are even half as durable as the gp's i'll be alot happier. so far, the reports are good.

as usual, thanks for the support mr. hurricane. i'm sorry it cost you a few spots on the grid.

Seaball impressed with a new rc product

Ladies and gentleman Seaball is very rarely impressed with a new product on the market so this happens few and far between..... Let the record show last time he was openly impressed with a new product was when Corally was about to release the RDX and we all know how that turned out for Corally

That was a stretch.....If he would have said "Balls of Fire" that would have been better....and he can attest that after having "Balls of Fire" that Valtrex works great to keep it under control.
