races went real good today.joe b took 4th in the A main after having a few tangles in the beginning.he came back from last to take 4th place.nice going dude.gary and stephen did real good also in the A main.i just cant remember where they finished up.Sean, well sean left to go buy a new motorcycle and left us all hangin. he wound up in the B main with me due to missing his last qualifier.and yes he stomped us he took 1st in the B.
i was in the Bmain and i took 3rd.all and all it was a real good day of racing.i had alot of fun.thanks for coming out guys.

Default Thanks to all

I would like to thank all of you wishing us luck at the first state race of 2004. It was alot of fun with many great drivers. I ended up finishing 7 th in the a main. The competition was so tough that if you got into any altercations you were dropped back to last place. Unfortunately my altercation happened in the middle of the race and dropped me from 2nd to 9th really quick. I was able to work my way back up to a solid 7 th place finish, Oh well mybe better luck next time. I must say that the car was hooked up all weekend, and as long as I had the motor to back it up I was running with the big dogs. If you guys have any questions about how good this chassis is, I will tell you that I have been racing the local state series races for three years and this is the first time I made it to the A-main.

Jason congrats on your superb running this weekend and see you next weekend.

Gary

oops . guess the track was better than i thought for that last round. Actually i did it on purpose so i could be in the same main as jason to show him where the groove was , and it worked !!!!!! Great job guys !!!!!! thanks to joe and the whole speedline family once again for an outstanding weekend of racing . Thanks to the munno's fer bringin out a bike i had to take home seriously though , a race wouldnt be the same without you . congradulations to toni on her awesome race win.Guess i will hold the title of king of the "B" till next time. wich isnt all that bad considering the competition.

Just got it. This CF chassis is as nice as they come.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the second position holes for the nitro rack? Mine doesn't have them.

I've got one word though LEXAN. I just asked Jason for a quote. You wouldn't believe how strong lexan is.

Lexan has a heat resistance of about 250 degrees F for .090" thickness. That's the LOWEST number I could find, some claim warp resistance to 350, not sure about the thickness on that though.

I may make my own if Jay doesn't want to. But I gotta pay like 100 an hour for CNC use (ouch), and I wanted to see BMI's exact design in CF, which I'll want to get permission from BMI owner, I think it's Jay.
