BBHOBBIES,If the BMI car is alot lighter dont run the same set up as the "stock" TC-3,wont handle very good,at least with my IRS or Mega Tech chassis TC-3 it did not,I went with 10wt lighter on the oil and lighter on the springs, and it worked alot better.

I used the Xray weight's,to try and balance the car,as in I did not want to just add all the weight on the center line of the chassis. On the Mega tech chassis I had to use almost 3oz's of weights(the car weighed 49.7oz,with body and transponder with GP 3300)I would think that the B.M.I should weigh in at 50oz to 51oz's.I think the top brace is what sets the B.M.I chassis apart from the rest of the chassis's I have tried and seen,I look foward to reading about how the B.M.I car stacks up against the TC-3.

Just in case anyone has any questions about his quality. . . I just purchased a Gen1 chassis from BMI (I think it was the last one. . .) and the build quality on it was awesome.

I put it in my NTC3, there were no unforeseen problems, and the car was immediately nailed. If I'd had my receiver pack charged (duh. . .) I would have done well. As it was I qual'd and finished middle of A-Main, which is pretty decent for me. . .

That chassis looks really nice!
