OK as I start to assembly my new 12 scale BMI chassis ( taking the parts from my 12rcl4 ), are there any tips/dos/don'ts I should be aware of?

THX in advance...

Default BMI T2 Carpet

Does the BMI T2 Carpet chassis make the car more responsive and if it does is it a dramatic difference?

yes,it will make the car more responsive because it will free the car up on carpet and allow it to keep the speed up through the corners.chassis flex will bind the car up and create too much traction that will not allow the car to rotate.another plus is that your car will be very difficult to tweak even in a hard crash.

It made such a difference on my car. The car have more corner speed. I haven't been able to beat my FK05 time with my T2 before the BMIfication. And now I'm not afraid to put the car on the tweak board after a ruff heat.

Default Jason....

do you just sell just the T2 carpet chassis? Also will it work using the stock stand offs? Can you use a tweak plate on your chassis. The T2 OO7 just doesn't appeal to me.
