I like that no filing on the battery slots with the BMI kits. Gotta love that Jason did all the hard work for us. I hear Titanium is golden!!!!!!! Oh wait that is the color I'm getting.

Yeah I must say that Jon's car looked great. Not as cool when it passed me though. Might be different when get BMI sized!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, i got a friend here and he is wondering about the FK05 chassis.

From your latest photo of it, it appears to be 2.5mm (ish) but from earlier photos it appears to be roughly 3mm...we was wondering if you could enlighten us on this matter.

I know you accepted me onto your team, and i'm sorry i haven't had chance to order anything from you yet, but i should be able to come this friday...sorry for taking a long time.

Thanks
Matt

Default BMI TC3

Hi, I just got a pre-owned BMI TC3 chassis kit, which actually hadn't been ran. Just put all my alluminium bubs and wishbones on it and all the rest, handles like a dream. Can't wait to start racing it over here in Northern Ireland. I cannot beleive how big the differnece in handling from the standard chassis and the BMI chassis is, it is fantastic, Thanks Jason

cool deal buddy,im glad to hear the chassis kit is working for you.let me know if i can help you with anything.

as for the fk05 chassis kit.i have decided to go with 2.5mm carbon fiber on it.i can do 3mm on special order but i dont really think it will need it because it gives you a nice range of adjustment.it can have slight flex or none.the testing has gone very well and i started running the production kits today.the price on them is going to be $159.99 and it comes with the chassis, top deck, battery strap, front and rear shock towers,4 standoffs for the 4 corners of the top deck and standoffs for the battery strap.the kit will allow for the use of the xray battery strap,my battery strap,or the use of tape.there is a .020 deep pocket on the underside of the chassis for the tape to sit so it will not scrub on the carpet or asphalt.i will be supplying new screws for the top deck because i didnt want to use flathead screws.i will supply stainless steel screws with the kit for the top deck.if you guys have any questions at all, feel free to ask.

Hey Jason did you have a chance to send out that TC4 chassis setup? Just checking so I know if I can start tearing down my car in preparation for the new setup.

Thanks
Brian

Yeah, just answering Raving Monkey's post, the original chassis prototype was a different kind of graphite we were trying. We decided on this graphite instead with tunability in mind.
