I placed 3rd overall at the 6th annual Speedworld Cup using my BMI shock towers. I hope to have the full car BMI ready for the next time out.

First time out with my TC4 BMI yesterday and took 1st place and TQ at my local outdoor asphalt track. I remember Jason telling me that if I was happy with the setup I had with the "tub" chassis that the same setup would be that much better with the BMI chassis. He was absolutely right and the car was a dream to drive.

Anyone "on the fence" about doing the conversion to BMI should make the switch.

P.S. I'm looking forward to the new carbon fiber shock towers in the works.

This was my setup...

http://www.teamassociated.com/racerh...ifmar_2004.pdf

Follow it to the "T" and you should be hooked up. Whether or not to run sway bars front and rear will depend on your track surface. Mine was a little bumpy so I ran without them. Tire compound also plays a big factor along with your setup. The track temp was 115 and I used Take Off CS 27's. I ran a Trinity Monster Pro geared at 26 with a 72 spur and the car flat out screamed. I can't tell you how many people asked me if I was running mod!

I'm also a full ounce under the legal race weight of 53 ounces so I'm happy about that to.

I hope this works for you to. Mine was on rails!

I need a little advise...

I `v been running a normal Tc-3 with the Tamiya set-up ...(

Its performs just great with this set-up...

I now wish to run the BMI version, sould I just copy and use the same set-up for the BMI version ? Or should I make any changes ?

Set me up ....

I will give you guys a report with the results next week...

How is the antenna mounted on the TC4 chassis? Does anyone have a (closer) pic that shows the mount? Thanks
