Yep - and it kicks butt at local races too. My Xray was dialed yesterday. It was so much fun to race. For the first time in months I wasn't totally annoyed with myself or my setup. Pure bliss of a day, hopefully it will stay like that.

Last I heard, the machines required for the aluminum bits are still tied up, and Jason is working long hours (12hours/day even on weekends) to finish up and make room to machine the parts...

More 'real' work continues to flow in though, which is great for Jason....unfortunately it's bad for those waiting on the 12th scale.

I got to run my Xray 350 last night for the first time. Even on a very less then perfect track I TQed by almost 3 laps and won the A by a lap. Awesome chassis.

Congrats to Brian Jucha for his 4th place finish running a BMI Xray.

Was he using the 350, or split chassis?

i must say Juchas car looked the best ive seen in a while he was running a 7x1 by team paradigm and man was that thing stupid fast on the straight. Jucha said that he was only using 3/4 throttle too, now thats motor.jucha was actually going for the lead he was catching the leader with every lap when he had a little bobble and chuncked one of his tires. so then the car became hard to steer one way. that BMI split chassis looked awesome on the track.

as for testing the upper deck for the tc3/tc4 it was done at the novak race where the carpet bite was very extreme. all i have to say is dialed. it adds steering to the car and smooths it out.

I want the dead honest truth, I've been fussing about getting a new car and all this crud. And yet, i've spent all this cash on the tc3, you guys think I should stick with it and get the BMI or get a whole new car? Cause the TC3 is pretty old! Plus it tweaks to much! Also, whats the colors for the BMI chassis anyway?

Post Great BMI Xray 350 chassis

I have done my first race with my BMI 350 chassis ( on rubber tires / carpet ), and must tell you after I have done some setup tweaks, the car handles perfectly !

And the finsih of this chassis is awesome !

I'm really happy with it, and really do recommend it !
