Hey Jason,
I just aquired a oval pan car that has a crack chassis. Would it be possible if I sent the parts to you, to make me one that is 3mm and ti color? And if so how much would it be? Just can't see buying the stock chassis for $60 when there is really nothing to it.
Thanks,
Brandon

Jason-ummmmm....how about a special Tamiya 415 chassis cause we all know you want to do even more projects!! If I buy one-I am sending you the chassis and yes that is a threat
I am working on the TC4 right now. I cleaned the bearings out and oiled them this time with 1-drop of 5w30 Mobil1. Just wanted to try it. I usually use Zubal Speed lube-but if I forget to put a drop in them all the time-they can get awfully dry!!!

It works really well on outdoor asphalt to adjust the flex of the upper flexible deck. I've seen it control the rear end of the car very well on low bite asphalt tracks. Neat idea, I'm suprized Jason never really pushed it, but his 3mm thick stuff is his main goal.
Hope this helps explain this innovated idea better

sounds awsomeo, even though you have one of 2 of them, do you think Jason would sell them cause I am very interested in one.
Another question. wouldent that induce a tweek in the car? it just seems it would.

No, it wont induce a tweak. You're just adjusting the stiffness of a flexible deck. I've tried it on a BMI chassis and Xray chassis and it gives similar results.
