Exclamation Laminate

I just had an older friend at my house who works on a airforce's V-22 project and he was at my BMI. then he says, "how long until the laminate comes off?" So now i'm worryed about how long the laminate will stay on and if it does come off what will happen?

Hk he must have been talking about the colored layer on top of the CF. It is put there with the carbon layers at the same time. So its not really laminated on there it is part of the whole. Your car is colored right? It will last a long time if you sealed the edges. Heck it will last a long time if you dont. Jason uses top quality stuff.

350 chassis for Xray FK

Hi racers !

Are there anyone that races the 350 chassis with Xray Fk, and also races on carpet using rubber tires ?

Do you think I'm gonna loose grip with such a stiff chassis vs. the stock one ?

Anyway, I want to buy it and test it out, I just wondered if anyone had experience with this setup on carpet/rubber tires.

Thanks

Tor Erik

Default testing

Well,
the cat is out of the bag, My BMi2 is awesome. The build of the chassis is phenomenal, incredibly stiff, and almost perfectly balanced. My car was the fastest it has ever been, beating up my average lap time from previous races up to 4/10's of a second. I cant complain about that. I also will have some pics to post for you.
The chassis set, is VERY narrow, just under 4 inches, uses fixed batts, and all the way foward allowed. The upper deck is solid except over the transmissions, there are none of the swiss cheese holes in the lower deck either. I will post later guys. AWESOME!

They have them in blue, aqua, titanium, standard black and gold. The batteries are a little farther forward and thicker. Alot less flew witht he BMI chassis.

Heres a picture of the titanium Pro4 BMI chassis setup.

You will have to add weight still to meet ROAR minimum weight. I forgot what my BMI Pro4 weighed, but it was definately under 51oz. with foam tires and Personal Transponder installed.

Does anyone know if BMI ever made the TC3 oval conversion kit? I know there was talk about building a chassis for the oval but I never seen anything else about it. I'm really interested in it if anyone as any information. Thanks.. Michael
