I posted this over on the Surge thread but thought I'd post it here also since I am a BMI Team driver and wanted to get as many Surge and BMI racers to this race as possible. You can drop any comments or questions to me in PM so we don't clutter this thread any more than needed... ... hmm too late.

The following race is at my local track. It's a three day event with open practice Friday, qualifying on Saturday, and qualifying and mains on Sunday.

HobbyPLEX Winter Road Course Shoot-out

November 12th & 14th

Make your plans early and drop Tim an email at [email protected] if you have any questions.

As always you can find the current schedule and track information HERE. The flyer should show up on this site within the next week or so.

We are currently racing every Sunday with the doors opening at 9:00am and races starting at 1:00pm.

Pic #3

Sorry about the small size. I was not able to post anything larger.

This is an X-Ray FK w/BMI 350 3mm black satin chassis/top deck/towers. Car also is sitting on Parma PSE's new foam tires and KO's new VFS-1 Pro is also pictured.

Wow Bob the Hobbyplex looks like one sweet track setup. More tracks like that is what we need in RC.

They are out to the public. I assume the distributors (Horizon/Great Planes) have them, but if not check out Parma's site and give them a call..

Forgot. Purple rear and plaid front work well, "BUT" magenta rear and cyan front seem to work a little better. With the magenta/cyan they need to be cut down to about 2.30 to start.
