Default T1 Mini assembly question

Hi guys,
I am a new owner of T1 Mini 1/12 and I just started building it yesterday. I am amazed with quality of the parts and their fit.
But I have a question regarding the rear lower arms. I know from my experience and that's what the manual says as well, that when you put the arms together and secure them to the alu bulkhead their movement should be absolutely free. Meaning when you lift them up they should drop down by it's own weight. Well mine don't they need a little help. Not a lot, but they do. I've checked and made sure that I have the right parts on each side so this is not an issue. I am wondering whether I should help to remove the friction between the shims by using a drop of light oil or something. Or just leave it and give the parts some time to break in when I run it first time.
By the way, my front arms are perfectly smooth and free of any binding.
Thanks for any input in advance.

Check the end play and parts finish. If nothing just let them break in a bit.

Jason, I got the 350 special chassis you made for me. You are absolute right, it is a thing of beauty. You machined the cutouts so nicely, and you did it to my specs. Sweet! Thanks for your help and support!

Default OFF topic question.

I am only bringing this up in here as I know you guys and I will keep it brief. Have you noticed a trend here and on e-bay that the buyers are expecting NEW-NEW-NEW , but used cars at the cheapest prices? LIke they want a Xray-lets say for $150-then bi-ch because its got one bearing that needs replaced or a ball-cup thats uglified by taking off with needle nose pliers and demands a new part in replacement or money back?

I have bought a lot of used cars (thats an understatement)-and maybe I have no backbone-but if I get a great price and upon dissasembly I find a few not perfect things-like grityy diff, loud bearing or bearings that need oiledbadly-I live with it. USED is USED-is it not?

Again-lets keep this brief-but I am about done with selling stuff online!! You can PM me if you like to keep Jason's thread clean.
I just need to feel like I am not the only one getting screwed over and over lately...
