Thanks guys.

I will see how my 350 car fares against the slew of split chassis about to be run at the Gate.
Right now-on this layout-the split car seems to have more steering in. Equal through and out though. Will learn a lot tonight!!

Oh-talking about the Gate-the Halloween Classic is scheduled for October 8th-10th!!!

One of the best carpet races of the year.

Don't say I hold out on you guys.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5914197372

And the fronts are available from same seller too.

He also has an online store www.kp-rc.com, however I think I just purchased the last set of bulkheads from him. I placed my order and went back in to look and no bulkheads are available. But the 2 on ebay are still there.

I can't wait to try the 350 chassis on carpet. Sadly to say, I might be done racing for the outdoor season now because of my wedding coming up in the end of October. A lot done, but a hell of a lot left to do.

Carpet will probably be my next racing... Poor Ti Xray, she will cry at me for not driving her.

Getting hitched,

John

Default X-Ray Split Top Plate

protc3,

Met John Fontaine a couple weeks back. He showed me a Xray Top Plate you made with a sliding adjustment for stiffness.

Do you sell these? How much? Very interested in one.

I race with WYD at RCO..

Thanks Allen

Congrats John.

You will have to hook-up with the rest of the Xray guys from RCO and run some rug...We usually go to The Track in Rockville, MD.

TimXLB that is a Multiplex Pico 3/4 receiver and the Multiplex Speed Digi (digital servo). They both work great with no problems. The receiver is one of the smallest ones I have seen. I use it both with my Mulitplex radio and my new JR XS3 Pro and works equally as well. The servo works as good as any other servos I have used. It is fast and centers well.

The BMI Xray cars finally blew away the track record of 25 5:05 held by a TC3.

The track record is now a 26 5:09 with a BMI Xray.

Too abd it wasnt mine-but I did qualify third-about 0.3 out of second. And 4th was only about 0.4 behind me!! Thats close racing. BMI Xrays were 1,3 and 5th.Truly the car is amazing on carpet and judging from the results all over the country-its awesome on pavement too.

Thanks Jason for designing and building such awesome products!!
