On the rug the setup seems to be very close to the composite chassis. A buddy of mine ran one at the warm ups this weekend. I'm looking forward to trying one myself. Pictures do not do this chassis justice. Craftsmanship is simply amazing. I wanted to throw away my milled composite that I spent many hours on after seeing this beast. Jason check your email

What is the cost for the bumper brace and did you make a new bumper or is it stock?

Sweet! Jason, just got home from the second job (gotta have a parttime one to pay for this stuff) and was gonna call ya but I think I have the answer to my question. I see there is a standard notch so I can screw the battery strap down. I actually think I've found answers for my other questions within this post. Thanks again. Fella's you gotta see this stuff in person to appreciate it. Not to knock anyone else's product but I had the pleasure of seeing this chassis in black next to a blue and a black Warpspeed chassis. Hands down this looks to be a much higher quality. Not that a chassis will make you a better driver but the B.M.I did finish the main few spots higher Thanks again Jason for your time.

I work part-time at an indoor carpet track here in N Cal and brought in two of the BMI chassis as soon as Jay was able to ship after posting pics. Both of these chassis were for local racers and not myself, stupid me. Curt is a local racer who is pretty consistent and always has a good showing in sportsman stock, he got the chassis Thursday night and showed up the next night to race with the chassis converted over no changes from previous settings. He not only had a good showing but pretty much put the smack down on everyone in that class; Curt does not know it yet but he has been bumped to expert Since I was working the hobby store that night and doing a fair amount of turn marshaling, I got to watch that car for four races and how it ate up a triple chicane at full speed lap after lap, totaly amazing to me.

I have owned every TC3 conversion except for the one from Cross of Japan and none have the attention to detail Jay put into this chassis. From the perfectly bull-nosed edges to the radiused and hexed head standoffs the chassis just screams quality. Did I mention it is one stiff SOB? The next order is going to be for me myself and I

I forgot to mention what the other chassis was going to be used for. An older gentleman purchased the chassis for his office desk piece (works of art and such :-). He paid me to build him what I can only describe as the ultimate TC3 dragster.

Here is the parts breakdown.

BMI chassis in blue
Waprspeed diff cases
Niff Tech diffs and outdrives
Niff Tech pillow ball drive shafts
Acer racing bearing set
Tobee Craft rear bearing cap
Tobee Craft gear adaptor
Tobee Craft stainless steel shafts front and rear
Tobee Craft delrin rear blocks
Robinson Racing titanium ball studs everywhere
Robinson Racing machined spur 72 (not sure this is strong enough)
Lunsford titanium turnbuckles
Lunsford titanium hinge pins
Hacker C40 7T brushless
Hacker Competition Brushless controller

Can you say ballistic? As much as I want to try this car out, I will have to refrain from even setting it on the track Would hate to hit the back wall doing 35 mph with a TC3, I could not afford to replace this car.

Will there be any BMI drivers/racers at Cleveland next weekend?

Just wondering because it would be a good test...i know many of the Warpspeed drivers are headed out there and i am interested to see how the BMI chassis does at the national level.

for the price it seems to be a great conversion.

Does the chassis come drilled for the Nitro TC3 rack as well as the Standard Rack?

I sent you a PM and an E-Mail Jason.
