I just got a BMI chassis and I'm trying to figure out how to reliably mount stick packs in it. Is there any way to do this so they don't fly out the side? I've searched the forums a bit and someone said something about modifying some RPM servo mounts???

I will probably get new batteries eventually, but I'd like to use the ones I' have for now. Suggestions anyone?

Thanks very much.

You could drill a small hole on the outside of the chassis and use a small servo mount of something like that to keep the packs from sliding out of the car.

Default stick packs

You would prabably have to do the same thing on the "inside" of the battery slots also to keep them from rubbing on the shaft. If your into soldering, I'd consider tearing down the stick-pack and make it a normal sidebyside pack.
