Good work.

You mean it will be your next chassis in a few more days. Just call BMI and talk with Jason. He will get you what you need. I know you will have one. If I ever decide to get an Xray I will be having one of his kits on it.

I'm waiting for the battery hold down and also the new shock towers when available.

The TC3 and 3 Xray Ti coloured chassis have arrived safely in Hong Kong! Very nice quality.

Just one question- was there any reason for the Xray chassis' not having their battery slots chamfered???

BTW- Anyone worried about getting their chassis shipped overseas....don't worry...mine only took a week to travel half way round the world......and the the box in came could have taken a lot of abuse before ever causing any damage to the goods!! ...ie. very well packed!
Does the stock chassis have chamfer cut battery slots? I have been running the BMI Xray and have had no problems with the batteries moving.

As for tweak I feel all upper-deck cars will tweak upon a hard impact. I will always check for tweak after a run. I have found it to tweak a bit after a hit, but nothing noticable on the track.

Good luck with the new rides!

Kevin

LOL - having this as an xray chassis and the CGM for the Yoke, will my cars be kick ass?

Yes John your cars will be kicking. For only about 200 bucks or a little more both your cars will be totally transformed. Not too many times you can totally change 2 cars apperiance and overall performance for so little.

I agree. We'll have to see how things pan out. Maybe I'll have the BMI for the march ORL race.

Well even if I don't have a radio I will still come down to help out Chris and you with your cars. Not a big deal as I race a fair amount anyways. Can can miss a few weeks if need be.

Would be cool to see you with BMI Xray. They make a few cool colors. I myself like the Blue and Aqua colors. I would think the Titanium color would be cool to but the Blue and Aqua really stand out.

Hey john , you are correct , i noticed a small tweek problem with the stock chassis also. The BMI on the other hand i have not. This thing is so stiff its sick , and trust me i had a few very hard hits in our last state race , and not one problem with the car. And this is a pic of my new toy. It follows a GSXR 750 , TL1000R , R1 , and a Buell X-1 Lightening . Out of all the bikes i have had this one is the nuts !!!!!

Just received new BMI Xray chassis, what a nice piece of work, can't wait to get it together and put it on the track.

All I can say is super fast service and super quality.

Keep up the good work.

the reason i didnt champher the front and rear of the battery slots is because it would drop the cells too low and then you would be forced to use a foam spacer on top of your battery in order to keep it braced.
rowdy racer:
i will be able to replace any parts on the car.all i need is MY DAMN CARBON FIBER!!!! i will let you know when its available.

its nice to see everyone likes the new xray chassis.thanks for compliments guys.
