To Disable trickle, set the Mah capacity to under 1,000 Mah.
This ONLY changes the trickle rate and has no other effect on the charger.
Just so you know, 1,000 to 2,000 is like 50 Ma trickle,
2,000 to 3,000 is like 100 Ma.....................

John Fontaine great news as both my boxes of cells showed up today. I already clear shrinked them and Shoe-Gooed them together. In a few hours from now I will solder up my 6 new packs. Saturday's racing never looked so good to me. If I get rid of my glitching this weekend I should be ripping fast.
Funny how the box 1 was suppose to be delivered yesturday and showed they delivered and the 2nd box was suppose to be here Friday and then all of a sudden both show up today. Well all is good as I have my packs.

When charging does it matter which batteries you have to get such a low peak voltage, i.e. 1.15, 1.16, or 1.17? Mine are the 1.15's and they all peak in the 9.20 range, I'm using an older pitbull and following the charging methods found here.

Maybe it's your charger since it could have old programing. See a couple of pages back, I believe someone was having their pitbull updated with new software, that could be something you might be interested in.

John I will try to hook up with you for one of those ORL races. I can't make this one but I would like to make one of them. Just not a big carpet guy as I like asphalt. I will try to make it to the next ORL at DC Ultra Trax or just meet you their for a weekely race. I have a friend that wants to try carpet so I will bring him down in a few weeks. I will email when to see if you are going to be their.

Wow! I can't believe the questions have all been answered. I feel relief our team guys knows their stuff.
Anyways,
Just wanted to remind you all that our Upgrade Special and our Free shipping promotion will soon be over after the 31th. Please place your order NOW so to still get in on the special.
Lastly, the winners for our drawing will be on Nov. 02. Hopefully at least one of you in the forum will win the 1.18 pack! To be fair, I'm going to have my 3 year old daughter Trinity pick the winner.
