Default Technical question about voltage and capacity

Technical question about voltage and capacity
I do not know much about electricty and electronics; but,
aren't there componants which alow you to increase voltage, coils or transformers?

In circuit design can't you trade 7 volts/30 amps/8 minutes for say for say 8.5 volts/30 amps/ 6 minutes.

If this is the case you would think that since 3800mah have more capacity or more total amp/hours tan you need for stock racing, you could put a componant in the circuit which would give you more voltage.

Dan,
How are things going over there on the west coast? We're finally starting warm up here in the Midwest, going electric rubber tire racing tonight. Time to pull out the nitro car soon!
