Stephen - Good finish, the pack was so tight! I hope you had fun.

StewartFan20 - Fukuyama does not recommend turboflex. Personally I have not experimented with it, but I know of no matchers that say to charge with this mode. I would stay linear. If you want a technical explination of this, I suggest you email Competition Electronics.

You do not need to use turboflex on GP3300. It is a pulse charging method that breaks down the crystals inside of the cell that create resistance. This charge method was used to help keep nicds that were old in good shape most of the time.

Forget ROAR! 90 percent of us dont run even run one ROAR event a year, build them and we will buy! otherwise, people will go to someone that does have them! and we dont want that do we?

Dan may be busy, but we're here to answer your questions. Ask away and happy racing!

I've learned that Dan has a few 1.18 packs available but the run time is lacking. They're around 415 sec @ 30 amps. If that is acceptable to you, then give Dan a call at Fukuyama HQ's.

Hey guys ...I've developed a "graph analyzer" for charts output from a CE GFX over at gearchart.com, anyhow wanted to let you know that out of all my packs the Fukuyama ones are the ones that keep the highest voltage for the full 5 minutes of a 35 amp cycle:

Here's a picture of the chart created in gearchart.com:

http://www.arroyoc.com/rcracing/bats.jpg

Here's a picture of the chart, downloaded to excel and sorted by voltage at the 5 minute mark descending

http://www.arroyoc.com/rcracing/excel.jpg

...on the sorted one, the 1st 4 packs are Fukuyama 3300's; 5th one is another brand's 3600 pack; 6th and 7th one is another brand's 3300 pack.
