Something else; Why does Fukuyama react so slow to questions from abroad? Is email not working? Is business going that well that new customers are not interesting? We (5 racers) are looking for some batts for the upcoming 2005 season (1.18 range). We use Fuku's already and are pleased with them.

Just wanted to know if they are planning new stuff etc.

Hopefully this small helpcry helps to get an answer.

Marc

I'm sorry that you have not heard a reply back to your inquiry. You must realize that Fukuyama Racing is a world wide company and gets many emails every day from loyal customers like yourself. Unfortunately with this volume of inquiries some emails could be overlooked by mistake.

Please send your email again if you could. 1.18's have not been out very long and they're very hard to come by. If they are in stock, the staff at Fukuyama racing will do everything they can to get the best packs in your hands.

Thanks for your continued support,
John

Default Service

Got to say the service that i just recantly got from Fukuyama Racing was next to none.

A four day turn around on 5 packs of HQ cells! Awsome!!!

Customer support was also great.

And im on the other side of the globe

Indeed, I've gotten nothing but the best of service from Dan & the boys, though this is a very busy time of year for them, so that's probably part of the problem. Also, I know I'm a bit late, but I also gotta give the mad props to Stephen for how he did in Cleveland, great job, bro! I just wish I could do the next Novak race(had to look for another job yet AGAIN, & only just found one today, so I've had no chance of saving money to go), but hopefully I'll be back for the next one....

Default One bad cell

I have a friend who has a few packs that have one cell that is bad, dont know why! when he puts the packs on his smart tray the one cells light goes out real fast and the others take much longer maybe 1/2 hour, could he just replace the cell with most any other GP3300 battery and make the pack worthy again? thanks.

Does that one cell get hotter than the others during a charge? Has there been a drop in performance?

I had one cell dropping off quick as well but it was the tray. I also have the novak tray and I cleaned the terminals of the tray and battery and all my problems went away. I used a scotch brite pad.

Try it and see what happens.

That's kind of what I was getting at. But if the cell is dead, I'd call Dan and send the pack in to be tested. He'll have to make the call from there depending on what the tests show.
