Actually I was running green/reds. But after I thought about it a little more, the car was really handling just like it was @ Norco. But Norco is a 130 ft straight, 8 ft wide lanes track. Poway is more like 65 ft straight and 3 foot wide lanes. Just a little tighter. That's why it felt too tight. Needed to get it to pull the front end into the corner. I've put blues in the front to soften the front up a little. We'll see how it handles on that track in a couple weeks.

green/red would be really good if the ass end is loose, but if you're pushing, go to the same stiffness all around for starters.

Thumbs up

i got my new batteries a few days ago and finally got the chance today to go outside and give it a run, and i must say, i'm definatly very impressed with the difference.

i couldnt beleive how much of a difference it made to the performance of my car.

i just wish the people bulldozing the house across the street hadn't left dirt all over the road so i had a bit more room... ill have to wait till i can get to the track tomorrow to give it a proper go

thanks guys, love the batts!

They had some 1.17's friday, just a small stock and it looks like they sold out already. You can buy directly from their website. Good luck next time.

John

Right now with the new shorty cells, 1.17+ are few and far between from all the matchers, not just Fukuyama. Best bet is to keep a watch not only here on this forum, but also their website. When he gets a small stock together he posts it right away. Unfortunatly, they seemed to have been gone within an hour last time. You may want to check with Steve @ SpeedtechRC.com. I don't know if he has any or not but it's worth a try.

John

I had visited the website almost everyday.
Just keeping in mind and watching to see if there is any 1.17+ cells to purchase but always not in luck.
So i thought and believe that FUKUYAMA will only sell these cells directly or towards distributers only.
Is this true?

I got 2 packs from a LHS that is 4 hours drive from my place (around 400km away). Its 1.17+ packs and i have fallen in love with them. Now i need more and i have problem. So hope can get some cells from other website.
Need help here. TIA
