Yeah, that's what it sounds like to me too. batteries have a tendency to recover their normal voltage after the load has been taken off of them, but they're still discharged(it's just a no load reading). In fact, that's usually a sign that the cell is still in decent shape, if its voltage doesn't recover after a discharge, then it may be shorted out(or nearly so). I see this quite often at work when I test some 20 cell NiCd battery packs for a cockpit backup power supply that I work on. I'll put it through a charge/discharge/charge cycle & the test fixture will log all the data for the pack as it goes, & if its voltage drops below a set point before a certain period of time passes, then it fails the test, & most times when it does, I'll find one or more cells in the pack will show 0 volts on a voltmeter(or just barely over that, like 0.0125), while the rest will show more like 1.2 volts as they should. And when I find that, I can only ditch that pack & install a new one for that unit(we aren't allowed to do anything to the individual cells anymore, so we just change out the pack)......

So everyone's knows...the "Driver's Corner" pages/templates are ready to go. We are just waiting to get all the drivers' info. Dan...maybe we can put up the pages that I already have and keep adding as we get more info.
I'll ask Stephen to put it up when I see him on Friday. Thanks for the nice work.

Yeah, that's something we've looked into but it's not something we really need to come out with at the moment. First and foremost is to launch the motors and registered some serious "AWE"s paired with our batteries.

Dan
P.S. those asking, our first shipment of motors will be here after the snowbirds. I'm sure you'll like them. Those who's seen me or helped tested them are still in shock! haha!

here is the tshirt i mentioned previously. a buddy of mine did me a favor and had this silkscreened for me no cost. unfortunately he could only run 1 off. dan let me know if you have interest in making more of these and i can get quotes from him. for that version i could have him put 'www.fukuyamaracing.com' across the back like you mentioned before.

let me know what you guys think.

I just think that they would be a good idea to carry, if someone wants to buy batteries, and a reciever pack is in their wish list, chances are they'll get it all from the same place.

Yeah, I have to admit I'm curious about how good some KAN 1050 cells would turn out if you guys had your way with them(for running in a micro)......
