Curt, Glad you made it to this thread. You're part of the Fukuyama Racing family now so don't be a stranger anymore ok? LOL.. I'm sure we will all hear your name mentioned in the upcoming 2004 with lots of A main finishes and some major event wins! Stay in touch bro!

Hi Guys,

Again good results with my Fukuyama batts in last weekend race.

It was the thirth carpet-race in of our national winter series. 19 turns 1/10 scale touring.

With my Fukuyama packs I managed to qualify 6th in a field of 32. In the first final I had some bad luck at the start and had to start from the 10th spot. But because of the superb power in my Fuku-packs I was able to race up to the thirth spot. The car was awesome fast. (used a 1.175-1.179 pack for the second time that day)

The second final I again had some bad luck at the start and again was thrown back to the last position. This time I was a bit slower but still able to improve to 5th spot.

In the end I was 4th of the day! In the overall standings I'm still thirth.

Next weekend I will be competing in a big partly international race in Germany. Hope my OMEGA-packs will arrive on time :-)

Is the drivers corner going to be for the team drivers, or all drivers using Fukuyama batts?

Oh Dan - The results of the T4T qualifying is up, I'm TQ in prostock by 7 secs

The TQ in 19 turn is 1 second slower than my prostock time, so once I figure out how to drive that 19t a little better... it's on

Fukuyama power baby

Hey guys--it's me the Fuk offroad racer!

I'd like to get a TC3 and would love some input on the things I would need to have it tricked out for SoCal raceway...

I remeber Dan telling me about the front one way and using a rear shock tower on the front...

Anything else that's essential???...I'll start out with the Factory Team Kit...

Thanks!!!

nutfluff...
you should consider the 'Cuda R3, SD, or even the new Pro4 for a shaft driven car.

Probably the same reason alot of people get them. They are the best. It is consistant. Associated does not come out with a new car every so often so thier drivers have to upgrade. Plus parts are easy to find, I live in the middle of nowhere with the closest track 40 miles away and there is a shop that sells parts here.

As far as upgrades the FT chassis is about the best ya can get I would stick all of my $ in electronics before investing in hopups. I would recomend doing the battery mod and maybe installing a NTC3 steering rack. Or an aftermarket chassis would give you all of these improvements. BMI is IMHO the best deal out there for an CF chassis.
