Nick,

thanks for the concern but it was a simple misunderstanding so let kindly drop this subject. No big deal really, once Jim and I got to now each other, looks like they'll be stocking our batteries from now on so it all turned out cool and then some!

You did an excellent job Nick and I'm sure proud of you!

Daniel did however tell them that, when people approach him for batteries, while at Socal, he refers them to the website to order from there.
Being a business man himself, Daniel understands and respects teritorial limits.
I think after Jim talked to Daniel and several other racers, he may start carrying Fukuyama Cells at Socal at some point. Which would be good for local racers and the Socal pro shop.

I hang with Dan at Socal all the time, and even knowing that im a dedicated Fukuyama customer, he hasn't ONCE tried to sell me a pack while at the track. I don't think dan would ever do that.

Socal should DEFINITLY sell fukuyama packs.

I know its not totally fuku related, but has anyone ran 2 Turbo 35 GFX's of of a rivergate Bulldog 30A power supply? If its a bit weak any reccomendations? Im treating my Fuku cells to some nice chargers. I just wish the GFX's were in a metal housing.

Price of gas to drive to SoCal: $4
Price for a pit space while at the track(with no car/radio/intention to drive): $7
The talk with Jim: priceless

hahahaha
at least in the end, it all turned out well.
(some people were contemplating switching race "venue's" if anything were to happen...)

I ran a 35 GFX and Turbo 35 Stealth at the same time charging at 6amps and the Rivergate 30 had absolutely no problem. The fan on it only turned on once or twice during the charging. The Rivergate's a beast, I wouldn't worry about it.

I can't thank you enough for the support Chris, you and nick both are true friends!. Dude, and the funny thing was, I took one step back so to not add fuel to flame and it all turned out ok I guess. Whatever it was, I knew I did the right thing during the whole scene and just stated my point of view. The one that really got to me though was that dude clerk that was working behind the counter. He was the one that started the rumors and falsely accused me and told his wife. I guess some of these guys never liked me to begin with for whatever reasons?

I've ran as much as 4 GFX on a rivergate 30a without problems. They are as solid as can be.

Better strap yourself down when the Fedex truck rolls into your street. Good luck at next week's big race!

Cool. I'll be waiting, I need the extra room in my pit box for 12th scale stuff.
