Hey Guys, Im running the 17.5 on carpet with foams. The tires are at 58mm. I was wondering what type of FDR do I need to run to get the best results. Also what timing setting should I run.

how big is the track,what do you normally run on asphalt for gearing

the track is 80x30

I have never ran a 17.5 before. with a 13.5 on carpet and asphalt i run a 4.6

i would try a two teeth more on you pinion and go up from there until you get the speed and temps you need,its been a while since ive ran a touring car and it was with brushed.experiment with the timing and see what you like. where are you running carpet at

I am running carpet at Nexus Racing here in Marrietta, GA. We race every 2 weeks. Practice every saturday we dont race and practice every wed. Here is the link to the track
