Default Titanium racing Ltd. Ripped me Off

I ordered a complete set of worlds CVD's from titaniumracingltd.com in England, they mailed me the parts, received them, realized they were not the correct ones before even opening the package. Emailed them for return, sent them back, and they acknowledged receipt. 2 weeks after they received them they said they would refund my money. Still nothing, I will file disputes with better business bureau and have already contacted my credit card company to make the dispute.

They refuse to respond to emails.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Bringing this thread up to tell my story.

Ordered three world competition pinions in March and they arrived really quick.
But instead of the 41T I ordered they sent a 44T (which is useless to me).

Tried to contact them order their various mail addresses listed on their site - no response. This sucks.... I know several shops that would have sent me the correct pinion right away or at least give me a refund.

Never had problems with them. Ran the World CVD's on my yokomo SD LCG and pinions. Always fast delivered to the Netherlands.
