I bought two DPDs from Towerhobbies. One had a problem; I emailed Trinity and got a reply from Chad .... he wrote "send it back to us".
After six weeks I got a brand new DPD....

Sorry to hear of your problems guys, fortunately for me, my experience was a better one with Trinity. I bought a brand new Black Widow kit when they were released and had a couple of issues with some parts missing and a chassis that was n't cut properly from the CF sheet. 1 email later, I had the parts fixed and a new chassis sent to me. The guy who delt with me was very friendly, said sorry a million times over. Seemed a genuine guy so though the treatment was ok.
