I heard at the Novak the Parma team drivers had a new tire. A smaller diameter rim that was 26mm wide, with a new compound. Will these tires be available to the public? and if so when?

Those dimensions are false. We tested a larger rim, same compounds.

We tested 28mm tires with a 53mm dia. wheel. They worked really well. We are planning to make them but I can't give you a solid date yet on when.
