Man I'm a slacker as I didn't even download the newest Castle Link tonight or update my Mamba Maxs. Tonight I will be doing some updating for sure. That picture Joe posted of the newest Castle Link screen with all those adjustments is dialed.

Joe: does Castle plan to make a splash into the 1/10 scale race legal market? I got plans for a either a 1/10 scale buggy or truck that would love some Castle power!

Ryan...hold on to that ESC. There will be a pre-paid envelope with the new ESC for you to return the dead one in.

Cain...doubtful we'll make a ROAR legal motor. Sorry. We believe 100% in sensorless technology.

Joe,

Is Roar pretty much saying it has to be sensored?

Well with the new upgrades we can make the setup for you more mellow for when the track is in bad shape.

I would like to set my dead band but I cant find out exactly how to do it. I have the 7700 and the 4600 and they are fantastic. I've never had any problems at all, well there was the 4 diffs I melted when I first put the 7700 in but it's all good now Keep up the good work
OK I figured it out,,,, I have always had the dead band problem and didn't know it.

thanks crash,i'm better wait someone already experienced brushed motors with mamba25,i've 2 left and both "on board". Great job with this upgrade,no other esc than Mamba25 for both worlds! This makes it "the Millenium esc" keep up the great job!

Has anyone tested the MM with a Novak or LRP 13.5 motor since the software update? Any improvement?

Is it really true that the feigao 13.5 motors, such as Orion, have less cogging with the Mamba Max than the Novak 13.5? If so, any idea why would this be the case?

Thanks guys, usefull thread.

Not sure why but for whatever reason it seems to be harder to run 10.5 and 13.5 than it is to run like a 3.5. I can't answer why that it but from limited testing from what others said this seems to be the case.
