Our rotors are a solid neodymium magnet.

I have never had a problem with mine. It sounds kind of starnge. Try recalibrating your radio to the esc. Let us know if this fixs the problem or not.

What kind of problem? You should not have any problem at all running IB4200s.

If you are having a problem list it here and we will help you get it resolved.

Hi I just bought a mamba max with a 5700 motor. And I was wanting to know what would be a good gear ratio to start at or a pinion on a 78 spur. I drive a Yokomo BD Thanks

Always start with your biggest spur and smallest pinion and work your way in a few teeth at a time (either drop teeth off the spur or add teeth to the pinion). As long as the motor doesn't get above 200F you're good to go.

Hi.....

so the problems is when you setup the punch control to higher than 30% with IB 4200, the motor not run perrfectly..... it's show a small movement than stop with a high frequency...... it's freak because I try to put other motor, less power, to chek if the problem was the ESC, the motor run fine.

any ideias?

thanks

Can you tell me the size of the motor screw? I am mounting one in a Scalpel with the stock motor pod and one of the screws is to short.

Thanks.

Check all of your connections on the motor as well as the battery. Make sure you are using high quality connectors on the battery. Also are you running foam or rubber tires? Asphalt or carpet? Also what truck and what is your gearing?
