Have you also checked to make sure that you are running the current firmware in your transceiver?

The easiest method to get this answered will be to contact Nomadio support directly at [email protected] or calling support during business hours...

Contact info can be found here: http://www.nomadio.net/contact.php

I've run with a Nomadio Sensor almost since they were first out. Love it in my Mugen and Kyosho gas cars as well as 1/10 scale pan cars. However, I've not had good luck with it in my 1/12 scale car. Nomadio sent me a capacitor to put into the transceiver, which helped. But I was still not happy with the operation and size.

What has been the results of using the Sensor with a Spectum Pro Micro receiver?

I'm heading off to carpet regionals and then nationals and really would like to get off crystals.

I run my Sensor with the Spectrum recievers. (standard and Pro micro) in both my 1/10 and 1/12 scale cars. Haven't had any issues. You do have to run it with a capacitor though.

What do you do to bind the receiver to the radio?
The capacitor would be the spectrum one correct?

Thanks for the help!

To bind the receiver, make sure the radio is in the DSSS Beta mode, and set the receiver to bind, as per the Spek instructions...

In the Manage Models directory on your transmitter, you can then select 'rebind' and it will recognize that the Spek receiver is looking to bind and it will couple with your transmitter....done!

note: the steering the throttle positions on the transmitter when rebind is selected will be saved by the spek receiver as 'failsafe' positions and that changing the failsafe settings in the transmitter will not effect the failsafe settings in the spek receiver.

you have to hook up the sensor to your computer. In the nomadio software select preferences and then application in the drop-down menu. From there you should be able to switch modes.
