Help! Lightweight diffsets that won't stay tight! I didn't think it was possible??? What's the deal? Not enough epoxy on the diffballs? More machine than man? Too many cuss words during assembly? Should I have read the directions?...nah! Any ideas here would help.

Try replacing the nutt that holds it together with a new one, it sounds like the nylon lock that is built into the nut is worn out. the same thing happened to some of my wheel nuts about a year ago.

I do like the VooDo cells, and the price but other than a couple of 4-cell packs I won't need anything until this Spring when the F1 Tour starts again. Will I get in trouble for being a slacker?

What a guy!!! That's why we pay you the big $$$. The problem is now solved though. The old locknuts that overheated were replaced with new nylon ones and now it has both speeds again...Go and whoa! Hey Marty, checkout one of my old bikes on ebay. KTM/other and look for the orange '77 MX'er. SPIFFY! Item #280041178320
