Most of you will know George Verbonitz as his alter ego....................ELVIS as he is better known was dialed. I was watching the race and after the 2 minute mark he was in 3rd place and was running down 1st and 2nd easily. 1st and 2nd bumped each other and George went by for the win. I truely think he would of won anyways as he was pulling them a ton in the final minute.

Great run George. Now if you would just get a touring car and run for a few months you would be even better on the oval and learn a ton more.

Tito, if you can make the trek up to Westland, MI, you need to check out CEFX on saturdays. We're starting a 7 race points series on June 10th. Quite a few guys from the Gate have been up there and can tell you what an excellent facility it is. We have a lot of high level drivers there every raceday so it's very competitive. Josh Cyrul (owner), Bobby Flack, Dave Johnson, Tim Stamper, Walter Henderson, James Riley and even Mike Blackstock a time or two. Put some gas in the car and come on up so you can help me represent Team Voodoo. If you need directions or anything, just ask and I can help ya out. I was a truck driver for 10 years, so I know how to get around.

I'll just put the directions here for everyone if they're interested in coming up..

From Cleveland, take 80/90 west to 280 north I believe it's exit 71. Take 280 to I-75 north. In Michigan, take exit 20 to I-275 north. Take that to Ford Rd., exit 20, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Approx 1.5 miles, you will come to a light with a McDonald's on the left. Go through that light (Hix Rd.) and approximately 500ft on the left you will see Gordon's Food Service. Executive Drive is just past GFS. Take a left there and it is the second building on the left past GFS.

5717 Executive Dr.
Westland, MI. 48185
