Default Site Updates

Due to large demand our site has been updated to allow our Australian customers a much easier ordering experience. At this time customers in all other countries still need to contact us to place an order.

Thanks again guys for all the support!

Aww shucks, just don't try getting me before 11:00am =)

Battery bars just came in, still waiting on the shrink though it should be here in the next few days. Sorry again for the delay.

In a "pinch" this past week-end I needed a new CO27 and Jeff Brown steered me towards one these at Superior Hobbies. Off the shelf motor....I tq'd and finished 2nd in stock touring in race #3 on the Florida State Series. I think it was about a 46 - 48 car field in stock. Nice work guys.

My Kwik performance helped me get a new motor ride with EA! Most beneficial off the shelf motor I've ever bought!

They say losing a customer to a competitor is never a good thing, I guess this is the exception to the rule!! Congratulations on your new ride ASM!

Thank you very much for the kind words, it's great to hear first hand that our products are performing well for people =)

The first round is underway at Trackside!

I will be posting some pictures and hopefully a few words about the race later today but it looks like guys are having a blast. I am watching live at the moment and it's shaping up to be a great event with some very stiff competition.

Ok, a few quick updates from Trackside via Shawn. Due to a minor camera malfunction we don't have any images yet, I have my fingers crossed though.

If you haven't had a chance to understand how this race works here goes, it's a bit complex. First 3 rounds of IFMAR style qualifying were run to determine the top 32 racers. The top 32 are moved to the "Expert" class and racers 33 and below are moved to the "Open" class. The Expert class runs 6 Reedy style races with 2 drops, to determine the winner by points. The Open class runs 2 more rounds of IFMAR qualifying then a standard main event with a triple A.

The first 3 rounds of qualifying finished this afternoon placing Jeff in the Expert class. Jeff put on two great runs and managed a win along with a second place finish. Team Kwik is looking good heading in to the final 4 rounds tomorrow!

Shawn couldn't say enough great things about Scotty & the crew at Trackside. This event seems to be running in typical Scotty fashion and should be a big hit in the coming years. All I can say is I wish I could have made it out =)

Yea, I was kind of shocked at that myself. I know he made most of his runs but he honestly didn't have any time to think about himself. I don't think he ever took his Alfa body off the car all week.

I just spoke with Jeff and Shawn and we are all very pleased with our first showing! Jeff finished 4th behind Billy Easton, Brian Lutz and Brad Johnson. Congrats to Jeff and Shawn for a job well done. This was a great "shake down" run for us and we can't wait for the next event!

I should have some more words and pictures today or tomorrow (I hope) to put on the website.

Default Vegas!!

I just dropped my and Mark's (he will be running stock sedan and stock 12th) entries off at FedEx for Vegas. I decided to run 12th stock (in lieu of mod, much to the relief of many).

Anyone hoping to go should definitely get something sent today.

Barry Strasnick

p.s. If not sending via US Mail, make sure to send c/o Trackside and not to the PO box on the entry form.
