just wanted to drop a note and say 'thanks' for the new power

finally got to run my new v3 13.5 in 12th scale this weekend...man, was it fast! actually felt really good out running some of the epic-powered cars this weekend found a sweet power-band right off the bat its a great, great motor - and well worth the wait for you all to get them in and out to the drivers

now if only I didn't have a couple run-ins with the backmarkers, i might have had a top 3 finish

First round of SuperCross Update:

I found myself to finish 2nd in 2wd with the 3 mod guys thrown in with us and with Jarosz winning but being a mod guy it gave me the win for my class. With a strong run from Ryan James taking third overall, but second in our class....which had a full A and B main.

Then in 4wd I started second and got second only to Jarosz again, who is a full factory driver, and I was right on his tail the whole race. So im pretty happy with round one and a huge thanks to Scott and Judi for the help this weekend. So thats a 1st,2nd finish in the 13.5 2wd class for team Banzai

B'ner, email sent!

Kbojar, great update and so glad you like the new motors!
They are running strong!! Good showing!

Zack, so proud of you and Ryan James. That's my boys!
My back is much better, so I was able to go down there with
Scott and spend some time with you all, and Dunford at OCRC.

Great way to start the series. Actually, great way to start
the New Year!!

Don't come now, we're freezing It was 75 deg today and tomorrow it's going to drop down to 72 with the wind chill

Actually we have 2 indoor tracks, so we have some where to race all the time.

I would give anything for 75 degree weather right now. It was a high of 12 degrees here saturday. With a windchill of negative something. Its all good though. The Tulsa Chili Bowl is this weekend. Makes it all better!!!!!! Anyone know if Ronnie Gardner will be running? I have a Kyosho shirt for him to autograph if so

So im trying to learn a little about all this brushless stuff. Since its the "new technology, greatest thing since electric blankets, ect. ". What are the advantages / disadvantages of using different sized rotors and all? What is the difference between a bonded rotor and a sintered rotor?
