Casper, we have really enjoyed having you on the team!

We not only thank you for some great races and results, but I really

appreciate your time and effort in testing things for me! I know

it's not always fun doing that!!

Kyle, my goodness, you guys, and Ashley, win the hard-luck

award this time!! Lots of breakage! That's ok, we'll get 'em next

month!!!!

Anyone know how many showed up for this race?

There were 150. By far the lowest turnout for the season but still a good turnout.

We still did not get out of there until 6:30. Keeping the track wet so it would not fall apart took a lot of time. The track crew worked hard though so thank you to the Meltons for there efforts to make the track consistant through out the day. Ryan and I did not get to my place until around 9:20. Needless to say we are both tired!

Judi,
Sorry for the delay but results didn't get posted until today and I wanted to be sure before I posted
I finished 6th overall in 4wd open and 5th in the 2wd mod b-main
I was sitting in 5th overall after the first 2 mains for 4wd but blew out in the third main and cost myself a chance at 4th overall and ultimately cost me 5th as well, however fellow Banzai teammate Andy Schoenfeld(sp?) from colorado did take 5th overall in 4wd
2wd didn't run as well as i would of liked but considering the level of competition I'll take the 5th place b main showing
I think there were 3 Banzai powered cars in the 4wd a-main
also i believe that Banzai took first and second in stock truck as well
Travis

Keep Big Happy, Pookyt, and Bigdog busy for me.... Happy said he might not race this weekend. He doesn't want to break anything bad before Vegas.

Good runs Travis! Glad to see Andy made it there for the race also!

If we had a 1st and 2nd in stock, they would have been customers!

Love to hear that our customers are doing good too!

Good run Ryan, seems to have been a lot of things breaking this

week-end!

Kevin, Jim called today, he's doing some kind of shirt! Send me a

picture!!!!!! Oh, and have fun at the MSRA race!!

Chuck Fowler also finished 7th in 19 turn truck. Good showing for

all of my Banzai boys!

Default TEST update

I now have 5 count em "5" 30 minute runs on a banzai 11x2 powered by a 4800 mah lipo with absolutely no wear signs on the com.. The brushes are just a tinge of blue at the tips. I also have 7 20 minute runs on a stock banzai. It is now time for brushes in the stock. EXCELLENT compared to others I have smoked in the lipo testing session. Thanks again guys

I got 6th in Stock Truck and my little brother got 8th I think, A main. I led the first 5 laps or so, but crashed on the back doubles, couldn't see them too well. It was all luck and for me in landing those last jumps, it was "I think its right there" type of thing for me. On the rest of the track I was spot on though . At first Jimmy said I got 4th, but he docked me two spots because I was too fast .

Good runs Johnny S, I hear the track was a little treacherous!!

Thanks and thanks for posting!!

Vanair, Scott is planning on coming up to race on Saturday, he

said to save him a spot!!!!! I know all of you are worn out from the JBRL

race, and we have 2 big races coming up in October, but if we can,

let's have Team Banzai do all we can to help increase electric racing

at Rod's. The series is doing terrific, but at the expense of "club" racing.

Maybe some of the guys that aren't racing the series will show up.

Hey Felles, would be great to see you there too!

Downtown Dave, I am glad you are happy with the motors,

but I am sitting here absolutely speechless!

And you all know it takes a lot for me to be speechless!!

We have never pushed a mod or stock motor that hard in any

testing sessions!!!!!! I'm not surprised others blew up!!!!!

But I am quite interested in your test results, so please keep

us up-to-date!!!!!! And you are most welcome!

Judi

P.S. Note to children, please do not try this at home, trained stunt

man doing this!!!!!!
