Nope. Have a bunch of dirt to move in the back yard! I did race there last night. The current layout is pretty fun.

Has anyone geared a 10.5 in an rb5 on a track with around a 175ft straight? The biggest I have ran on lately has been 100ft.

Casper, where you moving it to ? Maybe you should build your own R/C track in the backyard, we can have a BBQ and drink beer... We can call it Casper's R/C and Grill

Depending on outside temps I would start gearing a 10.5 in the RB5 at 28/76.

Phil. Just moving the dirt around. I really wanted to build a track and I think I have enough yard to make a decent layout but we need grass for the daycare my wife wants to run. Oh well

WOW!!!!!!! The 1st Annual Surf City Classic is in the books, and
what a race it was!! Here's the results, and I"ll post more
later on other things. BUT I have to say, Thanks to Robert for a
great track, all of the guys who kept the trash cans emptied, bathrooms
CLEAN, floors swept and clean, just an awesome facility! And of
course, FEZ calling the races, and he called the last race with as much
enthusiasm as the first race!!! Job well done, Robert and crew!
The Event SOLD OUT!! Which is great for R/C electric racing!!

St. Buggy

1st Matt Olson
4th Zach Rogers
7th Wayne Ashmore

Thank you Wayne and Zach for making the trip from Bakersfield!
Good job!! And Matt, good run and terrific win!

St. Truck

4th Matt Olson
7th Brian Halverson
9th Darin Halverson
10th Scott White

Thanks to my favorite brothers!! Matt, another good effort and
great finish!! AND Mr. Banzai, Scott White, in the "A" !

SS/19t Buggy

2nd Jeremy Felles
10th Alex Alvarex (he broke in the main)

I don't know how he managed to run the races, and race himself,
but he did! Thanks, Jeremy! Alex, just keeps getting better all
the time!

And now, this one is going to make all you guys smile

Sp. Mod 4wd

1st Alex Alvarez
9th Ryan James (broke in the main)

Alex, I'm so sorry we missed the last race and you won!! But it was
a great way to end the day, and you did it!!! Thank you!

Thank you to all the Team guys, and customers, it was a great
day and you all gave it your best! Thank You!!

Oh, and the trophies were so cool, they had surfers on boards
riding a wave on top! Perfect for a race near the beach, and
the theme, Surf City Classic! All entries also got a free catered
breakfast, omlets, made "your way"!

I had so much fun at surf city!

I just want to say thank you SOOOOOOO much to Scott(big papa) and Judi(mother pie), they are so good to me and im glad to be part of the team. They are always giving 110% to not only get the team guys but also the customers what they need...thanks again guys.

Im pretty happy with my stock finish, 4th in the A.
and I was just using my 19turn races for more practice with stock(I ran a stock motor in the 19turn class haha) and I still got second in the b main..and for people that were not there, they had down to a c main in 19turn and the winner of the B was a losi DRIVER so it wasnt just some big club race(well at least it wasnt if your from bakersfield )

Everyone seemed to have a good time and the track was a lot of fun.

You are most welcome, Zach!! You are getting better all
the time. I think coming to big races and going against the
competition is helping you to become a better driver! And you
are learning so much!! We are proud of you, and proud that
you belong to the Banzai Nation!!

Also, really glad to see your dad at the races! I think he's
enjoying himself too!
