No problem. Most of the guys I know on this thread are offroaders. I figured you would get a faster answer over there! :-) I have an XB8 and spent a lot of time on there thread and there are good people over there.

I want to thank Jeremy Felles for representing us so well at the

Mod Nats! The last 6 to 8 weeks he's had to become a member of

the "jet-set" running around to all the big races! Good job, and thank

you! Can't wait to hear all the good "stories"!!!!!

Mike, keep those brushless behind you!!!! Would love to visit, but we

are going down the home-stretch here in Cali---JBRL races finishing up,

and the Reedy Truck race coming.

Kevin, I need to get the on-road guys to post more!! So, I'm

depending on you!!!! Race results, set-ups, customers will read this even

if they don't post!! Greg Etter, and Derek, I like reading your on-road posts

too!

Sorry I don't post more.... I will have to try to do better... lol

This weekend I ran 1/12th scale stock, TQ'd and ended up third in the main. I don't really know how I ended up in third, I think I hit about everything in the main. Motor, as always was strong. I ran a CO27.

Hey there Derek, see, that was painless!!!!!!!!

Did you like the CO27 better in 12th scale than the Monster??

Guess it was pretty good if you TQ'd!!

Just curious.

Actually I like them both. I will be going back to the Monster stock since that is what I will have to run at the IIC race in Vegas next month.

I think Greg Etter is going to Vegas too.

Maybe he'll read this and post.

Thumbs up

Hey derek, I noticed that you were at the BTH race, to bad i didnt know you sooner. I know you ran mod but do you have any input on stock and 19t? from what i gathered the monster seems to be the motor for stock touring is this correct. I personally like them both though.

And I will try and keep my stuff updated on here judi, I just got my xray so i dont know where to begin but when ever i get everything figured out I will post what I learn. Im pretty much going to be running local races around the area until next month so I will keep you up to date

Hey Kevin,

I think you should like the x-ray car, it is a very solid car. It should have the ability to be competitive on most any surface. I am personally still running my trusty old Tamiya 415 MSX car. I primarily run stock and 19T, but I decided to jump off the deep end and run MOD at BTH. My car was ok but it either had a push or a hook, just never could seem to get it to handle how I wanted. We used to have a concrete surface here in Tulsa. Recently we all got together and purchased carpet to put in at our local track since the owner was not financially able to so we have been focusing on carpet sedan and 1/12th scale for the most part. If you need some help I will help where I can....
