Sorry for just looking around ,Geeeeeeeeze...
Look I have been in the industry since the early 90s and know all about motor building ..
Until you have wound, welded and baked an arm that has won a world championship than you can tell me about building motors...I was working for Orion when Rhienhard won the worlds and yes it was silver soldered by ME and Dipped by Me and hand wound on a Quillen winder by Derek Furutani....

Most arms made by Orion are welded with the same "type" of welder your talking about..

And yes the epoxy holds the wire from coming off the end tab...

No need to talk you seem to know it all... Now do you guys have any problems with 7 turns blowing up? I thought so ..Not very many offroad guys run them..

You guys are super sensative about other peoples opinion's...

Your additude towards me shows your true colors about your company and your views towards other people..

I wish you good luck with your first world championship that will NEVER come..

I'm not taking any sides on this debate, but aren't you being very hypocritical with those statements?!?

You better watch out Bob. Scott is getting pretty darn fast these days! All this track time with such a great facility near by is doing well for his driving!

Casper: Thanks for letting me road test that new ride of yours last night. That thing is pretty sweet.

I didn't end up winning, but I would've for sure without mechanical failure...

I hit Rev for some n#$%* action Sat. 1st time with a 1/8. I bought an 8ight used for 275 and got a engine for $20 at Pegasus when they were having their garage sale a month back.

Started 3rd in the Expert A, behind Adam Drake and Levi Jackson. Worked my way to 2nd within a few minutes, then started battling with Adam. At one point over the ski jump, he passed me by literally using my car as a landing pad, square on. I was a little bit irked at the fact that it caused my car to spin out and he kept going, but I knew I could catch up . He was having trouble staying consistently fast, and I passed him at about the 9:00 mark. I was really in a groove then and was turning consistent 31s-33s laps. A lap later, I had about a 5 sec lead on Adam (almost 2 straights) and over 1/3 lap on Levi, when my receiver pack wire broke and ended my race...

Oh well At least I showed I can lay it down. With my $20 garage sale motor too!

That's outstanding! That's gotta tick a few off when some kid comes in and runs like that with used equipment and a garage sale engine. You have a great ability to to make things work without spending countless dollars. Plus your driving "Ain't Too Shabby" either. Keep up the good work.

Bob: I'll look for you next week.

Wow, great running killer, that is the way to lay it down. I did not get to race this weekend but got a little practice in on Sunday at the stadium so that was nice.
