Hi Everyone!! Hope you all had a great holiday week-end!

We were at Pegasus Saturday for the club race! Had a lot of

fun. Casper brought Clara, she just smiles all the time! Our "girl"

power is now at 2. If you are looking to put the "fun" back in

racing, come on out to Pegasus! We are seeing some old Ranch

Pit shop guys looking to come back after so many years off. Scott

saw "Jerry the Juice", for some of you ole-timers!! I saw on another

thread the Boices are coming this Saturday!

Ryan, are coming out this week?? Missed you, but family comes

first!

I will have to pass this weekend. Got to take care of the little one as the big one and the wife will be on a Girl Scout trip! Then the following two weekends are JBRL events! Hold down the fort for me.

Also what tires was scott running in the main at pegasus? holeshots or bow ties?

I ran bowties in the buggy and they felt OK. The foam is blow out in those tires so I wonder how they will work with good foam.

I was running M3. I have not tried R3 yet but as going to. I need to mount some up and try them since I have a bunch. The M3 should be better though.

What were you running on the front? Keith lent me some Edges and they seemed to work well. I have Losi 8 row reds I need to glue up. Not sure how they will work.

I was running some worn out TRC sonic fronts. They worked well in truck with holeshots in the rear. Holeshots all the way around my be good as well. Edges should give you lots of steering. Red 8 rows should work good as long as they do not load up.

Last week I ran a new set of M3 Holeshots on the back and Losi Silver Directionals on the front and it was pretty good.

What have you been running on your buggy? I going to try and get my buggy back together for next week. I have to take off that piece of **** graphite chassis.

red ifmar pins do not work on a dry track but may work good on a wet track. Clara liked them more then the holeshots when the track was wet.. Holeshots are ok on a damp track. X-2000 are not really the ticket for wet. I think holeshots and maybe a silver front tire may be good. I was running reds as I was too lazy to change them. I think that was part of the problem. The othe was my holeshots were more like half shots. About half the pins on the inside were ripped off! LOL. I think a newer set would have worked better. Tire wear is low on a wet track so I think they will be fine. I have some setup issues I need to figure out for running mod.

One time I forgot all my buggy tires and all I had were Bk bars and it was wet clay and they work really good at the end of the night!!! They were reds I think.

I just thought I'd let our Banzai/Slingshot teammates know that we just signed on with Team Associated. We are very excited to be part of the team. Kyle drove a B4 last saturday night in mod buggy and had a great night, taking the TQ and the win. He loved the car and looks forward to a long relationship with AE. Ashley drove her T4 to respectable 3rd in stock truck. She too loves the new ride.

We are going to try to get down to Pegasus this weekend. I hope to see you all there!
