So is it just 12awg wire from the ESC to the motor? How about the bat?

For right now, James, it's just the motor wires. Unless someone else wants to chime in here. Great avatar, by the way.

Hey Dave, are you guys coming up on Sat.or are you just going to come up Sunday morning? Those cats crack me up.

Scott - Thanks for picking up the slack while Casper is away. I bought a Novak GTS for my sons car so I can use the Cyclone that is in his car. Now I am debating whether I should just use the GTS in my truck instead. It comes pre-wired with 14 guage wire so I guess I will have to change it. This is the type of question Casper likes.

If it means anything to anybody, I use 12 gauge on EVERYTHING.... Think of it like a hose, more space equals better flow. And in this case, bigger wire equals better flow of electricity....

James, changing the wire refers to MODIFIED motors.

You shouldn't have any problems in stock. Scott is in here

quite often, it's a choice between making motors for you

guys, or yada-yada on the forum. Every question I answer

has been run by him first.

Downtown, you get the "brownie" points for tonight!!

Just 'cause you know I LOVE the cats!!

Remember I told you guys about Peter, coming back to the team

after being retired for years???? Well, he posted in the "side" forum

here, I think he's coming to the JBRL race!!!! This is shaping up

to be a great week-end!!

Judi

Keith, you're the first I know of to use it in everything! Some

of the guys have switched in 19t because they run like "mini" mods!

People 'coming back' to this hobby seems to be a rapidly growing trend
I think people REALLY enjoyed the time(whenever it may have been) that was ONCE spent on these 'toy cars'.
I for one like to see the 'old timers' rear their heads' Brings out the 'good old' tricks and makes racing more than 'point and pull' that the new breed guys(at our track) seem to have.

Downtown, in our area here, we have been through

a devasting loss of tracks for years now. The Ranch Pit

Shop, M&M and Titus closed, as did a track over the hill, no real

electric off-road at Revelation, which was closed for years,

and no race program at Pegasus. BUT, with the opening

of the R.P.S. track, by a former racer at the Ranch, I think

you will see a lot of "old timers" coming back!!!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS!

Also, there's another "work-in-progress", so keep your fingers

crossed!!

Our main goal here now is to bring the "fun" back to racing!

I think we've even managed to bring some "fun" back to the forums!

Along with a lot of help and tips!!

Judi

Judi---No race program at Pegasus.... Maybe that will change in the near future.... I'll talk to you on Sunday about this topic...

James--Just run the factory default on that speed control. When I ran that control, it's what the "factory" guys told me to do.... See you on Thursday still???
