kahuna, no i havnt tried it yet, ive been doin alot of snowmobiling. the nats are in nebraska this year, if i could snobile there i would go, lol.

Well I had to do it. I just ordered my new GV2 graphite motor mount, and new 4mm shock towers for front and rear. Thats one more bullet proof part on the car.

no way big K, its like riding a bike. i got my 3D08 almost ready, also bought a losi type R touring, i run a 10.5
i should be racing next weekend, ill try to run digs 3D08 then. it looks sweet.

Hey-Mon,

Thanks for the parts. Just to let you know, I modded the brace down the center by just smoothing out the bumps a little and 3 sided the LiPo brace and voila, LiPo holder while retaining the brace.... Works killer.....

Now that I just spoiled it for you, wheres the pin brace???

My new 4mm shock towers and motor mount arrived for my GV2 today. Look great. Thanks for getting it out in a timely manor. Can't wait to put the new stuff on my car.

I got one of them first diggity 12th scales, anyone have any good advice on setup? Heres what I got, I was told it was a 3d-12.

Here you go this may get you in the right direction ,

.018 front springs w/15k grease
5 degree blocks w/ castor shims split 1/1
2 degrees of camber
1/2 degree toe out
Jaco Prism Double Pink fronts at 1.66 w/ 1/8" Paragon
3.5mm ride height

rear -
.062 Medium T-bar
30wt center shock oil with Green Spring
15k in the tubes
Jaco Prism Yellow rears at 1.72 w/full Paragon
4mm ride height
Protoform Speed 12 body


And for bumpy tracks , you can use .018 front springs
30k grease , 10 degree blocks w/ castor shims both in the rear
1 degree front castor,
It was better over the bumps and definatly had more steering for those tight corners .......
