I had a good outing with my new 12th scale Saturday. I finished 2nd in the "A". I ran just as many laps the first time out with the car and was only a tenth of a second off my fastest lap time on this layout. Darkside and Full Throttle make a great combination. Anyone considering a new 12th scale car should seriously look at the Mx2.

I'm glad to see all of the good results that drivers are having with the Mx2 chassis. I want to particularly thank Mike Haynes and congratulate him on his outstanding finish among a stout field of drivers at Halloween race at The Gate this past weekend.

Going forward from here, Mike and I have been discussing some refinements of the Mx2 for the future version of the chassis. He will be piloting a prototype version of this car at the Cleveland race over Thanksgiving.

Paul, Yea the car works well for stock right now, but i want to get it a little better for the faster classes...it will actually make it a bit faster in stock i would think. Eric and i are going to try a few ideas to make it easier to drive, but still turn the same laps...this will make it faster overall.

Had the Mx2 out for a 9 hour test and tune yesterday. The car is really dailed with Parma blacks front and back. I want to try next weeks test day different caster blocks. I've tried 5 degree on my L4 and the car was lazy, but smooth. We will see what it does to the Mx2. And I want to try the Protoform 12 body.

Eric the car is awesome. Can't wait till next weekend to race it on the rug at "The Track's" Cleveland Warmup Race.

Steve-Try the 10 degree and let us know what you think. I am sure you will see a difference.
