Hello Speedtech RC Shoppers,
You may have noticed a few changes to our shipping policy as of late. We're doing our best to keep the cost as cheap as possible for our customers. Effective immediately, our default shipping method is now "Standard Ground Shipping." This will primarily utilize the US Postal Service, in particular 1st Class and Priority Mail Shipping.
Using this method, we'll automatically select the cheapest method to ship your product. If you order a small quantity of parts, the package will likely ship 1st Class for only $3.00. Larger items, or packages weighing over 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail for as low as $6.00.
Our local customers have responded very positively. In most cases, shipping has been reduced up to $4.99 per package. Our fellow customers on the East Coast are excited to get their packages within 2-3 days, via Priority Mail. It's a win win for us all.
Due to the size and weight of car kits, bodies, SC tires, radio systems, power supplies, etc, we will continue to ship these packages via UPS for cost savings.
Lastly, the "Standard Ground Shipping" method is a manual process on our end. The posted rate will indicate $6.99, but we'll manually adjust the price accordingly. In most cases, the actual shipping price will be lower. Please check your receipt for the savings. Or, if you pay via Paypal, you will receive a refund at the time of processing.
We're always looking to improve our customers' experience. We hope this will help relieve your wallet on smaller orders. Feel free to order more frequent.
