What do you mean by mAh limit ?

What cells are you trying to deadshort ?

The limit meaning the highest mah cells u can Dead short I 'm doing 3700's is it alright for those? I already do my 3300's

You can deadhort GP cells and expect a drop in runtime and a small gain in voltage. Don't deadshort the IB/Intellect cells these don't respond well to deadshorting.

why would you dead short new cells? I thought that this was a last ditch effort before you toss them in the recycle bin?

To get any performance increase by dead shorting you have to do it when the cells are new and be consistent with your storage rutine.
