Default SMC EnerG4600 Only one cell dies after 2 cycles

SMC EnerG 4600 Blew up after a couple cycles. Batterys are always trayed and balanced, Charged on LRP Charger at 6.0A. I have never had problems with SMC batteries, is this just a fluke bad cell? Is there any kind of way I can get this cell replaced, The other three are great with 471sec and 1.244V

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried contacting SMC or Danny about this?

Guys.
I have been sponsored by SMC for years and Danny,Brian and the crew are simply awesome with Quality, Performance, and Customer Service.

Simply Call SMC.
Might help if you had pics, reciept and so on. Most OTHER companies require a reciept but when it comes to a battery then pics may be needed as well.
Again contact SMC and they will do what they can to help.

It could be a number of things. Bad Cell, sat on a shelf toooo long or even how it was handled. They will do what they can to help.

The Ener G cells have been pretty bullet proof if care for correctly. But sometimes cells go bad. It happens.
