You can take a xacto knife and push the pin out of the connector and solder the wire back on.

If you can split the plastic outer shell without blowing your self up , the rest is easy.(with a little soldering experience)

Once the outer hardcase is removed you can carefully cut away the shrink, don't cut through cell .

once shrink is cut away you will clearly see solder on the ends of pos. and neg. lead wires

on a 2cell lipo there are three balance wires . one goes to pos. one goes to neg. third ?? ( didn't go in that far )

if you can find out which wire goes were. all you have left to do is carefully solder the lead back to the corresponding terminal.

I personally did this with a core-rc 3250Mah 2s lipo today.
Same problem red balance wire came completly off lipo cell.

Carefully removed Hard case, and shrink . Re-soldered wire . put hardcase back on ( needed a little tape to hold together. Was going to use CA , but decided against , in case this happened again )

Hope this helps. By the way SMC hardcase will be harder to remove

Probably not recommended by SMC. But is the cheapest alternative.

USE UTMOST CARE AND ATTENTION LIPO can cause fire.
