hi
due to the ever changing layout of the turf city track, there cant be a fixed diff oil setting.
BUT i had always start with 5k front, 7k centre, and 1k rear (going to try 2k next practise). it all depends on the setup of car, like shock oil (50 front, 40 rear) and spring used (stock blue), tires (HN Ripper), camber....etc..

the basic for setting up diff oil:
-if turn in too quick, up front the oil weight
-if turn out too sharp, up the rear oil weight
-if rear tires wear out too fast a ratio to front tires, up the centre oil weight

(ps: only up 1 level of weight each time, eg 1k up to 2k. down the oil if behave opposite as above mention)
