Venue: RaceWorks Arena @ Bottle Tree Park
Time: Driver briefing and Photo-taking at 9.30am. Qualifiers start at 10am. Finals will follow in the afternoon.
Classes:
ORCA SuperStock Class (Open 13.5T motor, open ESC (turbo function permitted), open gear ratio, Ride controlled Tires)
ORCA Spec Class (Controlled 17.5T ORCA RX2/TX motor with 2350 KV limit, controlled ORCA Spark ESC (ESC to be on no-boost / blinky mode with Version 2.1 111125A firmware), open gear ratio, Sweep controlled tires)
1/12th Open PanCar Class (Open motor, open ESC, open tires)
Fees:
ORCA SuperStock Class - S$30 (S$25 for RaceWorks/RCMC members)
ORCA Spec Class & 1/12th Open PanCar Class - S$25 (S$20 for RaceWorks/RCMC members)
Please note : To thank racers for their strong support despite the weather issues in the earlier rounds, RaceWorks is pleased to extend a further $5 discount per class for racers who registered and paid for ROCS Round 3.
Pit Space Reservation
Please note that pit spaces will be reserved for all RaceWorks members who have signed up. For non-members, RaceWorks will be pleased to similarly accord reserved pit spaces upon payment of race fees by Friday, 3 May.
Minimum Entry
Please note that all classes will be run only upon a minimum of 5 prepaid sign-ups (ie sign up and payment for race fee made at RaceWorks by Friday, 3 May).
Race Length
To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday. Those who wish to purchase new tires will still be able to do so at the ROCS pricing.

Minimum Entry
Please note that all classes will be run only upon a minimum of 5 prepaid sign-ups (ie sign up and payment for race fee made at RaceWorks by Friday, 3 May).
Race Length
To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday. Those who wish to purchase new tires will still be able to do so at the ROCS pricing.

Race Length
To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday. Venue: RaceWorks Arena @ Bottle Tree Park
Time: Driver briefing and Photo-taking at 9.30am. Qualifiers start at 10am. Finals will follow in the afternoon.
Classes:
ORCA SuperStock Class (Open 13.5T motor, open ESC (turbo function permitted), open gear ratio, Ride controlled Tires)
ORCA Spec Class (Controlled 17.5T ORCA RX2/TX motor with 2350 KV limit, controlled ORCA Spark ESC (ESC to be on no-boost / blinky mode with Version 2.1 111125A firmware), open gear ratio, Sweep controlled tires)
1/12th Open PanCar Class (Open motor, open ESC, open tires)
Fees:
ORCA SuperStock Class - S$30 (S$25 for RaceWorks/RCMC members)
ORCA Spec Class & 1/12th Open PanCar Class - S$25 (S$20 for RaceWorks/RCMC members)
Please note : To thank racers for their strong support despite the weather issues in the earlier rounds, RaceWorks is pleased to extend a further $5 discount per class for racers who registered and paid for ROCS Round 3.
Pit Space Reservation
Please note that pit spaces will be reserved for all RaceWorks members who have signed up. For non-members, RaceWorks will be pleased to similarly accord reserved pit spaces upon payment of race fees by Friday, 3 May.
Minimum Entry
Please note that all classes will be run only upon a minimum of 5 prepaid sign-ups (ie sign up and payment for race fee made at RaceWorks by Friday, 3 May).
Race Length
To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday. Those who wish to purchase new tires will still be able to do so at the ROCS pricing.

Minimum Entry

Race Length
To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday. Those who wish to purchase new tires will still be able to do so at the ROCS pricing.

To ensure that all race days can be completed within a reasonable period of time, do note that RaceWorks reserves the right to change the race length to 5mins per run, instead of the usual 6mins. Depending on the number of sign-ups, an announcement will be made on raceday if the race length is shortened.
Technical Inspection
Do note that all cars should be sent to the tech area after each run. The tech crew will check and mark off the cars that are inspected. Cars which are not in the tech area, and hence unable to be marked as having been inspected, will have their run excluded.
Tires
Please note that the requirement for all racers to purchase at least one set of controlled tires will be waived for ROCS Round 4. Please submit a maximum of 2 tire sets (previously purchased and marked for earlier ROCS rounds) to be marked on raceday.
