14th Tamiya Asia Cup Singapore Championship 2011 -- Round 4

Date: 11th - 12th June 2011

Time: 10am - 6pm

Venue: Playground @ Big Splash

Registration fee: S$35 per category
S$60 per 2 category
Additional S$10 per category for three categories & above

Special: Drivers who are joining TAC as first-timers are eligible to purchase the TBLE01(Tamiya Brushless Combo) plus race entry fee @ S$190.00 at Tamiya Showroom before the registration deadline.

Registration Deadline: 09 June 2011 Thursday -- 6pm

Batteries will be open to 7.4V , however additionally for lithium polymer (LIPO) , only hard cased is allowed.

Information about TAC 2011 Finals in Singapore
 

Dear All TAC Drivers ,

As some of you are aware that this year TAC Finals 2011 will be organised in Singapore instead of originally scheduled country , Korea.

Therefore Team Singapore will be able to plant more drivers in each category.

Confirmed race dates will from 30 Sep - 02 Oct 2011.
Venue will be in *Scape , located at Orchard Link.
It will be outdoors , with sheltered tentages , platform with carpeted circuit.
Planning for this major event is ongoing , and expected total drivers to be around 100++.

As such , there are some minor changes to our local qualifying series which I will highlight here.

1) Best 3 Results out of 6 Qualifying Rounds ( August Race being the 3rd result)

We will take best 3 qualifying results out of 6 races to determine the overall position. , with August final race as the 3rd result.

2) Race Schedules as planned , venue for August will be announce later.

3) Top 5 drivers from each category will qualify for TAC 2011.

4) Awards for Top 2 drivers will each receive a new car kit , in respective of their category , plus spare part purchase voucher in support of their representation.Remaining qualified drivers will receive spare part purchase vouchers too.

5) Junior Stock Category ( Kids under 14years of age)
We will not organise a separate qualifying races for this.Instead if you think you or your kids have the potential to compete in this category , please contact me and will consider to register you for TAC2011.

For those drivers who have not join any of our qualifying races yet , you can still do so and be able to qualify for TAC2011 Finals , by joining in the remaining races starting from June-August.

16-17 July - Singapore Expo
14 August - To Be Announced
