Default use a reamer

A proper way is to use a reamer. This is a reamer from Hudy.
You twist and twist the reamer into the lexan until you reach your desired hole size.

Another way is to puncture a hole using a sharp object and then start filing the hole using a circular file.

drillbits..... 4 mount holes body and spoiler.
curve scissor ...... to cut vent holes. Tips for some cool web sites will show u how 2 mark and cut these holes

I use reamer, cutters, scissors and dremel ... ... heck, you can even use soldering iron! ...

but some ppl hav big holes leh...i mean those to put the glow plug thru the body..or at the side for the starter cord..i dun wan jus circles...wat abt rectangles?
